01Use of the Website
The Website and its content are provided for the purpose of informing you about Blue Hawk’s services and enabling you to request quotations or contact our team. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without our written consent. Content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and layout, is provided “as is” and may be updated or removed without notice.
02Quotations & Estimates
Any quotation, estimate, or proposal issued by Blue Hawk is based on the information and site conditions available to us at the time and is valid for the period stated on the document (or, if unstated, 30 days from issue). Quotations are not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties, typically via a signed quotation, purchase order, or service agreement. Final pricing may vary if actual site conditions, scope, or specifications differ from those assumed at quotation stage.
03Scope of Work & Site Access
Services are carried out strictly within the scope agreed in the applicable quotation, work order, or contract. Any work requested outside that scope will be treated as a variation under Section 6. The Client agrees to provide our team with safe and timely access to the relevant site, along with any necessary permissions, keys, or approvals, to enable work to proceed as scheduled.
04Client Obligations
- Provide accurate information about the property, site conditions, and project requirements;
- Obtain any consents required from landlords, homeowners’ associations, or third parties before work begins;
- Ensure the site is reasonably safe and accessible for our personnel and equipment;
- Settle invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms;
- Notify us promptly of any concerns regarding completed work so we can address them.
05Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and final balances, will be set out in the applicable quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Blue Hawk reserves the right to suspend works, deliveries, or ongoing maintenance contracts where payment is overdue, and may apply reasonable late-payment charges permitted under UAE law.
06Changes, Variations & Delays
Where the Client requests changes to the agreed scope, or where site conditions require additional work not reasonably foreseeable at quotation stage, Blue Hawk will provide a revised cost and, where relevant, an updated timeline before proceeding. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather, permit or approval delays, restricted site access, or delayed client decisions or payments.
07Workmanship & Warranty
Blue Hawk carries out all work with reasonable skill and care, in line with applicable UAE building and safety standards. Where a specific warranty period applies to workmanship or installed materials (for example, on a boundary wall, fencing, or gate installation), it will be stated in the relevant quotation or contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorised alterations, normal wear and tear, or events beyond our control such as storms, vandalism, or vehicle impact.
08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Blue Hawk’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any service shall not exceed the value paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of use, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
09Materials, Permits & Compliance
Where a project requires municipality approvals, permits, or third-party certifications (for example, for boundary wall height, electrical works, or civil modifications), responsibility for obtaining these will be agreed in the relevant contract. Unless otherwise stated, Blue Hawk sources materials that meet applicable UAE standards for the works undertaken; substitutions of equivalent quality may be made where original specifications are unavailable.
10Cancellation & Termination
Either party may cancel a confirmed order or contract by providing written notice, subject to any cancellation terms specified in the relevant agreement. The Client remains responsible for payment of work completed, materials ordered or procured on their behalf, and any reasonable costs incurred by Blue Hawk up to the point of cancellation. Blue Hawk may suspend or terminate services where the Client breaches these Terms, including for non-payment or unsafe site conditions.
11Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including designs, drawings, text, and graphics prepared by Blue Hawk, remains our property or that of our licensors. Design concepts, drawings, or proposals prepared for a specific Client project may not be reproduced, shared with third parties, or used for a competing quotation without our written consent, unless the underlying contract states otherwise.
12Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with a project, including pricing, site details, and business information, and to use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the relevant engagement.
13Force Majeure
Blue Hawk shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government action, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions. Affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and timelines adjusted accordingly.
14Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, U.A.E, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
